Black & White Photo Project Week 4


As tomorrow is the 100th year anniversary since the start of WW1 I wanted to include a picture that reflected that. This was taken in a German Cemetery we visited last year. Each cross represented at least two men, the black stone is so much more sombre than the brilliant white of English & American.

  4. A very appropriate image for such a terribly sad memorial. I agree, the German crosses do look more sombre somehow.
