Yesterday we were lucky enough to be invited on a fabulous blog event in Nottingham, we visited several of Nottingham's wonderful attractions, more to come on a blog soon but I wanted to include this beautiful picture of my daughter making a clay butterfly. It works so well in black and white and I just love how it works.
You are right - it does work well in black and white. I really like the stark contrast of the white in the top left hand corner and the composition is great. It looks like she is really concentrating too. #bwphotoproject
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous, and it looks fab in B&W as there are no distracting colours.
ReplyDeleteIt does work beautifully in monochrome & I love how you can see the scratches on the slate/tile in front of her - a real work in progress - and the contrasting black/white picture at the top of the page.
ReplyDeleteLooks like she's really enjoying her craft challenge!
